REMEMBERING A MOMENT OF FLOW

I find flow in the rhythm of a run—where my breath, the beat of my feet, the trust of the earth beneath me, and the sound of a good song all become one. In those moments, I’m not trying—I’m simply being. I wasn’t raised to believe I was physically strong, so finding joy in running felt like unlocking a hidden part of myself. Now, each run is a quiet act of reclamation. A way to return to myself—steady, alive, and in motion.

I also find flow in the kitchen, where my senses come alive. As a Brazilian, food has always meant more than nourishment—it’s memory, celebration, and care, all stirred into one. When I’m cooking, time softens. The scent of garlic, the sizzle of onions, the dance of colors and spices—it all becomes a symphony. I lose track of the outside world and tune into the conversation between ingredients and all the places I’ve lived, the stories I carry. Each dish becomes a love letter—flavored by heritage, shaped by presence, and meant to be shared.

That same presence lives in my coaching. When a client lands in a deeper truth, when the room grows still and something real takes shape, I’m right there with them—listening, attuned, grounded. These are the moments that move us. That open new possibilities. That matter.
